If you do not pay for additional time, you agree that your answer was satisfactory even if it was a partial answer. Dragon Under Glass consulting cannot answer every possible question or perform every service, so if your question cannot be answered or service cannot be performed due to a lack of expertise, your payment will be promptly refunded.

Dragon Under Glass will be solely responsible for deciding whether a question has been answered or a service has been performed in a satisfactory manner and whether more time will be required. By submitting your payment, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Under Glass and all related personnel from any claims of liability.
