    Coordinate Web design, HTML, and XHTML programming for various clients related to the http://www.wateratlas.org family of sites. Research and implement technologies such as CSS (especially CSS-P) and bug workarounds to function across a wide selection of browsers and platforms. Create programming and usability standards and move toward Section 508 Web Accessibility Guidelines. Project management. Program ASP and JavaScript as needed.
